The Key Flag Symbol can be awarded to a service produced in Finland.

The domestic content of the service must be at least 50%, and the company must have a significant Finnish ownership, its management must be based in Finland, and the company headquarters must be located in Finland.

What happens after you send your application?

SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

Make sure your application has all the necessary information before you send it.

APPLICATION REVIEW

The committee secretary will go through the information in the application after receiving it. We will contact you if we need further information.

3.

APPLICATION SENT TO THE COMMITTEE

Applications are delivered to the committee for review one week before the meeting. Send your application two weeks before the meeting to have it processed by the committee.

4.

COMMITTEE MEETING

The committee secretary presents the applications at the meeting, after which the committee will approve or reject the application.

5.

AFTER THE MEETING

We will inform you of the committee’s decision the day after the meeting by sending an email to the address provided in the application.
