Strategy

Work creates a sense of meaning and well-being. We believe that Finnish work succeeds well when labour is regarded as meaningful, it is proudly international, and when all of us pay attention to our buying decisions.

The Association for Finnish Work

The Association for Finnish Work is a politically independent non-profit organization that is owned by its membership. Most of our member companies have been granted a Key Flag, Design from Finland and/or Social Enterprise logo.

We are engaged in efforts to increase appreciation for Finnish labour and to ensure that Finnish work prospers and succeeds. We are implementing our mission in three ways:

  1. We carry out research studies and engage in active communications concerning themes that positively affect appreciation for work performed in Finland and its success.
  2. We administer and develop logos and insignias that tell of Finnish work.
  3. Along with our member associations, we are realizing projects connected with change at work and appreciation for Finnish values, in addition to joint marketing campaigns both in Finland and outside the country.
