The Association for Finnish Work has about 5000 member companies in all fields of life, from small businesses to large listed corporations. All these companies have one thing in common: responsible Finnish work.
The Association for Finnish Work has been working for 110 years to promote appreciation for Finnish work. Today, we are owned by our member companies, a purely unbiased non-profit association, independent of labour market organisations, with the task of furthering the business success of its members.
As a member, you are among the companies which create jobs in Finland thus enhancing both economic and social wellbeing, taking into consideration the accountability of production and operations and supporting the competence, wellbeing and equality of employees. Together we encourage everyone to choose work for Finland.
When you apply for the user rights of our marks (Key Flag, Design from Finland or Finnish Social Enterprise mark), you are also joining the association as member and, in addition to the user rights, you will have all the membership benefits. You can also become a member without applying for user rights of the marks and still have our general membership benefits. The membership fee of the association varies between 97 euros and 9 800 euros annually, depending on the company’s turnover and the number of marks it has the user rights to.

Training, campaigns, support for communication and research data at your disposal
As a member of our association, you can participate in all our training sessions and seminars free of charge. In the past few years, topics have included super popular accountability training, four-part online trade training and training on international trade. See all events here.
Yearly, we organise joint campaigns together with our members offering everyone materials free of charge. For example, the association’s accountable work principles offer a way to communicate about the accountability of one’s work using #vastuullisuusteko.
We cooperate with our members regularly in communication at different levels, and we also promote our members through our channels.
The association’s regular surveys on consumers, BtoB buyers and public procurement are available to our members. This valuable research data can be utilised in sales and marketing.
“The Association for Finnish Work helped its member companies in the corona crisis by raising awareness and demand for Finnish products and services.”
“We are extremely happy with your operation and continuous development to promote visibility of businesses in Finland and internationally. We feel that we have someone to rely on and to turn to for advice.”
