The Association for Finnish Work

The Association for Finnish Work wants to make Finnish work admired and succesful. We represent more than 2,800 member organisations which come from all sectors of the economy, ranging from micro-companies to major employers. The vast majority of member companies has been awarded The Key Flag Symbol, The Design from Finland Mark and/or The Finnish Social Enterprise Mark.

We are here to ensure that there will be more work in Finland in the future, and that everybody in Finland can enjoy High Value Work. We accomplish this mission in three ways:

  1. We carry out studies and actively talk about subjects that have a major impact on the success of work in Finland.
  2. We govern and develop the marks indicating Finnish work.
  3. With our member organisations, we run projects related to the changes in work and the value of Finnish origin, and implement joint marketing campaigns in Finland and abroad.
